This wizard will ask you a series of questions relating to the content of your surveys. New User Setup
1) Please type your name in the field on the right. Note that you do not have to have been previously registered in the BEAP program to use this online form system. If you do not wish to have your data saved on our server, you can type "guest".	Your name or desired username:
2) Please type a question that you would like us to ask you to verify your identity. This will be asked every time you use this system, of which you will provide the answer to. If you are logging in as "guest", you do not need to answer this question. It is recommended that you do not ask a question that is easily answered, such as "what is my name?" or "What is 10+3?". A more appropriate question would be "what is my cat's name?".	What question would you like to be asked every time you use this system?
